This is double-posted, as I also put it into my "Slaughter Day" post on the Coffee board in response to your inquiry, but figured this was a better place for it. It was very good, and pretty darn easy. If you have one of those "meat and spuds" guys, he'll love it. I had no celery in the fridge, so threw in some chopped carrots -- you could probably throw in just about any veggie you wanted to. Here's the link, with a pic. I opened a jar of beef gravy to go over it. I think a Hunter's Sauce would be good with it, too.
