If he is founded sell him. But he may not be. He may have stepped on a sharp object like hard grass stems or other objects. I would put him in the chute and give him a shot of antibiocts a couple times each day and see what happens. Follow the instructions but I would look to use about 10cc per shot. Hit him hard, what do you have to lost. I am sure others will offer additional advice. Good luck
