Ford 3.5 ecoboost with 10 spd auto

With the exception of 1 Chevy Silverado 1500, I've driven Fords all my adult life. This one's no different. More bells and whistles and a little higher off the ground than the Silverado but not too bad. Worst part is I've lost so much strength in dragging my right leg around the last year, and the fact I'm not supposed to twist my back at all, it is a little harder to get my right foot up on the running board or door plate and get into the seat than it normally would be. Hopefully, after my back heals good and I get some PT, I'll get strength back in that leg.

Does anyone here by chance, have a 2018-2019 Ford F150 4 door truck with the original jack package and spare tire let down tool? If so, can you tell me what the end of that spare tire tool looks like? Is it square..what's the inside diameter?(a photo of it would work great!!)
