You could make some front pasture longhorn cattle with him.

TGF I was going to do that but I don't want to stand in the way of your happiness you may have him. :D

"Bull cow"???

I wondered if anyone was going to catch that… That's what made me look at the ad.

I've sold several on craigslist, and bought some too. I try to post fair prices, most people want to ask 2x times what they are worth because they "aren't sale barn cattle".

Thats the damn truth. Like selling them from their property increases the value 2X... its rediculous prices people ask compared to the going rate

I like that he took the time to type out 6 individuals and SOLD behind each... nice of him to advertise that they have
already been picked through and that he has the bottom 5 of 11 available for you.

I am selling some 1st calf heifers on Craigslist that have bred back but I wont budge on my price. I know what I have. They are higher then the auction flippers on Craigslist but if I dont get what I am asking for I will sit on them and keep calving them out. I have been screwed by a couple of people on craigslist selling crappy auction cattle. When someone calls me, I tell them my cattle are sure things. Take your chances feeding a auction heifer and hope she breeds and then breeds back. Either way if I dont get my asking price its not worth it for me to sell a good producing cow. I got a year or 2 before I need them REALLY sold. By then I could lower my price, have a calf or 2 and still do well financially.

This bull. $1,200 is a bargain. Look at that come hither look. He's a sure thing.

If they just got him to stand straight, he would look a bit better.

his nutts are the biggest thing about him...it's the fertile dink..lookout! Neighborhood cows here I come!!

OMG.... I get so sick of the KNOW IT ALLS , that advertise like this and have no real clue what they have.

A " cow bull" here means a bull for cows only... not easy calving..... but I never heard of a bull cow.....

Not that they compare in size.... but I get so aggravated with people that advertise chickens that have no clue as to what the breed they are when they advertise them....call them "x" breed and they are so far off or such a poor specimen..... and the ones that are such EXPERTS when you call about something that is advertised and they argue with you about what the breed is.... and the bird looks nothing like the real breed in the American Poultry Assoc. Standard of Perfection.....
But then again.... there never ever was a "black hereford" years ago... or even a black limousin or a black charolais....
