UNIUBE is an abbreviation for the University of Uberaba, in Brazil. Brazil's official language is Portugese. According to Babelfish's Portugese to English translator, the document says:
'The Director of UNIUBE, Marcelo Palmerio and the heirs of the cattle Guzera-JA Convidam V. Sa. To know the "Program Uniube de Melhoramento Genetico for the Tropicos" that comes carrying through research with the flock oldest of the world in selecao she continues (since 1895), involving producao milk in tropical regimen of pastures.
In this primiera visit, set appointments in the ACGB/ABCZ, the specialists of the UNIUBE estarao presenting the platform of works and collecting sugestoes on milk genetico improvement. Very important its participicao and for this initiative.'
My guess is that 'genetico' means genetic, that 'primiera' means 1st, and 'tropicos' means tropics.. Looks like 'participicao' means participation, so I'd say 'selecao' means selection, and 'producao' means production... 'Esta' means 'to be' in spanish (if I'm not mistaken), so 'estarao' might mean 'will be' or something similar.
The long and short seems to be that some university in Brazil wants to talk to you about improving the genetics of tropical milk cows.
If you go, don't worry about saving me a seat...
