That's correct as long as you don't get to carried away with it's just a job.
I've always felt what you do should be important to you. It's becomes who you are. You can change the people or the location but you need to take the work seriously.

You should give your all to "the job" or go home. You get paid a dollar, give a dollar and a dime's worth of effort.

That is very true. We should have probably clarified that in this thread. My complaints all pertain to giving it your all and not being treated well in return.
