I have a John deere 1217 mower conditioner. When its running off the ground or cutting short grass it sounds great. But as soon as you start cutting average to tall grass you hear some banging. Its hard to pinpoint bc i only her it while on the tractor. Anyone know what might be going on? Dustin

This is for my wifes pap. He has a 845 auto-wrap and its missing the wrap cycle ab 20% of the time. We looked at the auto wrapping mechanism but without watching it in action Its hard to figure out why its missing a wrap. Has anyone had this problem before? Dustin

Has anyone used a deer feeder to feed cows? I wouldn't have it broadcast. I would attach corrugated pipe to the underside and funnel it to a feed trough. The ones I've seen for cattle are absolutely outrageous. Thoughts?

I planned on butchering this bull. He has been on as much grain/ pasture /water as he can eat. I've decided to keep him. Do I need to wean him off of the grain? Can he go cold turkey?
