    Nissan Titan diesel

It has a 5.0 liter Cummins, 310 HP 555 torque. It behaves similar to the 5.9. Lots of torque getting started, but not so much at speed. I get 21.5 on the interstate and 19.5 on my 30 mile backroad/small town commute. I expect this will get a bit better in the summer. It is not a 1/2 or a 3/4. It...

    Nissan Titan diesel

I bought the Titan diesel. I was torn between a 2500 GMC duramax and the Titan. I ended up with the Titan because I put a lot of miles on a truck. The advantages of the Titan are bettter ride, better fuel mileage, less espensive, more options. The disadvantages is way less towing capacity and my...

I bought it off an individual, 2008 model.

    Vermeer 5400

I bought that baler. It doesn't look like it has been used much. Couple things I noticed. The belts are twisted at the top instead of the front and it looks like hay has built up outside the belts on the right hand side if you are facing the front of the baler. Any suggestions on making adjustments?

    Vermeer 5400

2000 bales, clean, maintained well. What is it worth? I am going to look at it sometime this week.

Anybody going to put hay down this week? I am tempted with 4 days of no rain forecasted.

    Hay Protein Level

I agree. I buy "cheap" fescue hay and supplement as needed. It has proved to be the most cost effective method for me over time.

    One fine piece of equipment.

Will they work with string tied bales or do they have to be net wrapped?

    New Holland and Case IH

I think there were a couple folks on here that bought the Case 75c and the NH T4.75. Would you care to update any maintenance issues and if you are satisfied? Thanks

    Simangus or Baldy cows

I have 1 of the 100 brangus cows in Kentucky. Bred to a Hereford bull, she weans one of the heaviest calves and I have never been docked. I agree with lucky those beefmaster/Angus cross heifers are some of the best I have seen.

    Young Gelbvieh Bull

He has lost quite a bit of condition, but he is still going strong.

    Young Gelbvieh Bull

Don't quote me on this because I can't find his registration number to look him up. He is around 19 months old. I bought him at 14 months and the breeder said he was on very little grain. He has had only hay and grass on my place. He is on 25 commercial Angus cross cows. I think he was out of...

    Young Gelbvieh Bull

This is my first gelbvieh bull. He is an aggresive breeder yet very docile. Fire Away.

    Bale trailer

A 7 bale inline dump bale trailer is on my wish list. Would a 50 HP 4wd tractor be able to push the bales while loading?
