I've posted one of these pics before, but just wanted for y'all to critique this bull calf. Good or bad doesn't matter. He's a 5 month old Balancer out of a 4 year old Connealy Contrast cow.

Cleaner neck, and sheath, but that's about normal for a balancer. Some more butt wouldn't hurt, and without seeing him walk I would say more flex in his hock. Does have a good belly, and front end on him.
What ever you do with him ought to feed well.

I like his rib shape and natural mass. I also like his head shape and bone mass. He is heavy fronted for his age and I don't care for the angle of his hocks in the more recent pictures.

That sheath could be cleaned up a bit by trimming the excess hair..could cause a hair ring in the future when he starts breeding ..but they get a looser sheath from the Gelbvieh side ...he's a decent looking bull..
