Actually, call them Kobe. That is the homo black Waygu, and like regular cattle, worth more money than the red 'uns!!

My wife loves the stuff, but a good marbled American steak is still better IMO. Especially when they want so much for the Waygu.

But she knows how to cook beef! Never disappointed when she serves it.
