Telling the kids you wont be held responsible doesn't make you not responsible. Telling them they can hunt there makes you liable. I wouldn't say anything to them and if they got hurt I wouldn't say I ever knew they were there.

Even if the parents did not hold you responsible some Attorney would tell them you were.

I read something about a new law in Georgia that says if you give someone permission to hunt on your land, you are not liable for accidents they may have. Of course, there are countless exceptions to that rule. And you are still liable for injuries sustained or caused by trespassers or people that pay to hunt on your land.
