What section would I post my question?

Where would I post a question regarding where to start another ranch? I want to post a question regarding wants and desires for areas and get folks' input on where in thier opinion those would be met. Sorry if I wasted ya ll's time and it should just go in the bottom forum, but maybe there are similar posts and a better place. Thanks ya ll!

The begginers section looks like it catches most everything that doesn't fit in a specfic area.

I just look at the messages in the (view unread posts) section.
