Sky you need to open up a restaurant. People would drive from miles around to eat at the skyhighrestaurant.
I don't see much difference in pit grease than any other grease and am good at tinkering . If I was younger and closer (not making excuses) I believe those ribs would sell like hot cakes. When it is up/running and the business start selling stock I will buy and be a part owner. Can't beat that.Some other people told me the same but I would need you to be my assistant pit master and mechanic to fix stuff when it breaks... If thats ok with you we can start in a month.
