I flipped the channel just in time to see two fags kissing. Sure I turned my head in disgust, but how do you get that sick image out of your head? Where are my rights? Don't I have the right to descent entertainment without being offended before I get the chance to change the channel and What about our right to protect our kids from that kind of filth. Just where do we draw the line?
& even when we're w/them, sometimes the inappropriate things on tv just sneak in. i have a 3-yr old and there's no such thing as "prime time" tv anymore. before i had her and before she started to talk i don't know that i even noticed all the language thrown in on some of the sitcoms. for the most part these shows are ok, but then all of a sudden out of the blue, they'll throw in some curse word (which the show would have been just as good w/o).
