After much research here is what I found out regarding the testing of bulls entering Texas for shows. I finally quit reading and talked to our representative from the OSU extension service and he contacted the Texas Animal Health Commission for me.
All bulls entering Texas that are for exhibition purposes are not required to have a trich. test. However, the Health papers must state that the animal is entering Texas for exhibition purposes only and will be returning to the farm of origin.
Thought some might wan't to know. And....this may be - any bulls entering Texas FROM OKLAHOMA but, I don't think it was exclusive to OK.
Anyone heard any different?
