Has anyone used rocks as a base under round hay bales?
My brother and I bought some hay from a local guy that stores his outside hay on a layer of 4-6" rocks.
He told us that the rocks only stick on the bales once and awhile.
He has 5x5 and 5x6's the ones I looked at were nice and he said that some of them were 2 years old.
