I raise red Angus and sell butcher beef. I usually sell a few in the fall/winter to pay for the coming feed bill, as some are on feed now.. I have changed direction a couple of times. Pretty happy with my fed out carcass, as of right now. The red hide takes a hit at the barn. The small steer lost its momma as a very small calf. He wouldn't suck from a bottle. Stealing here and there and been fed for a few weeks. He looked like a bottle calf but sold out good. The heifers were pure bred and looked above average. They sold well. Central Missouri.
