This is the only mount I have it was my first buck

Nice buck! What to they charge to do a shoulder mount where you are, and how long does it take to get it back? Around here it runs $400 to 500 and takes 8 months to a year or more. My son just got his back and it was closer to 2 years.

The guy thats doin mine from this year charges 400 and said 9 to 10 months. I had done 12 years ago it was 375 and took him 9 months

I haven't had anything mounted in about 5 years but a deer head was about 300 last I checked with about a 6 month wait. Some around here are higher than that though.

Got this one back from the taxidermist. One more is still being mounted. I am slowly getting them caught up.

got him back a few weeks ago I should of went looked at some of his mounts I told him to use his standard form and I don't like it

Called on mine today said a couple of weeks.
The only deer I ever mounted in my life, doubt I would have if
my son and hunting partner hadn't pushed me so hard.
He is not my biggest ranks number 2 he is the most symmetrical one.
Pretty good deer 10 point scored 131 3/8 ths. for part of Texas where I got him.

Here's what I got a little while ago.. I could turn him into a rug, but it's not worth it.. Instead I'm selling it and the money from that is buying a new scope for my 7mm magnum... about 6' nose to tail, chestnut brown, but the picture doesn't show that well.

it was last week. spring bear.

I couldn't be happier with the shot either, wasn't a great distance, probably 100 yards or so, he knew something was up, and he turned toward me, shot him straight on, on the left side of his neck, he dropped smack in his tracks... and there was no exit wound either. Rifle was a .308

13 point killed with crossbow,I stopped having deer mounted cause I don't have room for them in my house or I would have had this buck mounted
