Was rolling to god knows where a few years ago in the arkansas boonies, and the high pressure fuel pump quit me on the truck I was driving. Got a hook to Clinton, Ar and Scooters truck shop, it was late so got a room and got the diagnosis the next day. He got the parts ordered out of memphis and they delivered the wrong parts the next day. I happened to be privy to the phone conversation as I was hanging around hoping to get on the road, and the parts guy was blase about it, offering to send the right parts the next day, well ole scooter tells him no!, youre gonna have the right parts in conway today, we'll meet you there , this guy needs to get on the road! Well we proceed to fly to conway in ole scooters plane ,picked up the parts and he got me on the road that day. No extra charge.
