I have a 7.5 month bred jersey cross heifer with a little bit of a runny nose. Is there anything that can be given to treat her while shes pregnant?

If it is clear I wouldn't worry about it. If it is a small amount and white, I would just keep an eye on her.
There are many antibiotics that are safe for pregnant cows, but if that is her only symptom I don't thing you are in need.
If it makes you feel better, check her temp.

They also get allergies, seeds, dust and mold up their noses. I have a cow that blows and itches her nose all summer. Likely something she is grazing around. In winter time it stops.
A horse I have, had a chronic discharge from one nostril. Never cleared up with antibiotics. Turned out to be bad teeth. 3 teeth pulled and the drainage was gone.
Could be a number of things. But a temp would be helpful.

Just watch her, it's likely nothing to treat unless she stop eating or acting lethargic.
