Sorry, but why is it that she looks more like a Hereford-Angus cross than a Simmental-Angus cross?? From what I know, a 3/4 Simmental-Angus heifer is supposed to have a bit of a looser dewlap running from under the chin all the way to the brisket, and they also don't have as much white underneath as a typical Herf-Angus black baldy does. Not to mention the lip on her makes me think her sire may have also had some Limmi blood in him too, or even from the dam...
