I bought these really good looking 1 1/2" loin chops and now need a way to cook them, something different than the grill, Any ideas?

I do a great brine recipe I got off of the Food Network. Tyler Florence did it.
It is sea salt, water, apple juice, thyme and pepper corns.

You soak the pork chops in the brine, pat dry and then sear in hot oil. put in a preheated oven and bake. My husband who is not crazy about pork chops likes these.

ILH,

did you ever try that brownie/chocolate cake in a pan recipe that you were looking for?

I think you had found a similar one.... was wondering how it was?

I know you said no grill but with chops that thick I think i'd have a hard time not marinating them in Dale's then grilling them. Not much can beat this.

I'll have to try that. We picked up a hog from the processor yesterday so I am itching to try out some new pork chop recipes.
