What percentage should you expect to get of polled calves when you are crossing an Angus bull on horned Herford cows?

Polled is dominant, angus are homozygous polled (unless there is something else hiding in there) thus 100% of all calves should be polled.

Scurs have nothing to do with horns. There are horn genes and completely different set of scur genes.
