I use a product called Technu that's available over the counter at pharmacies. Can't remember the cost, but it's not that expensive. Wash with it real good when you first suspect that you've got it and it will dry up real fast. I think it cuts the poison ivy oil from your skin so that it will wash off. It has really helped me a lot.
