Is there such a thing?

I would like to raise a few naturally and organic due to my wife's health.

Where could I find them to raise?

Yes, there are natural and organic cattle, but they're not the same thing. "Natural" cattle haven't been implanted with hormones (which are not a danger to humans) or treated with antibiotics. It would probably be easy to buy a weaned calf that meets those requirements. Then raise him yourself without implants or antibiotics. "Organic" is harder, the cattle must have been raised on certified organic pastures, fed certified organic feed, etc. I'm not sure there is a USDA criteria for "Natural", but there is for "organic."

as long as you are selling calves you raised in the appropriate environment, any calves can be organic/all natural.
