Yes, I would like to see pictures of the cows to these calves. M326 I think should have a smaller EPD BW, but when Sandhill Farms bought into that bull, M326 was bred to cows that were sired by Interstate, Governor, M33, and some other higher BW sired females. So, that maybe why his BW EPD is where it is. But, Kevin has done a great job with his program.tlmcr":28co81f1 said:will do, I will take pictures when I check them this evening.

I am thrilled with the calves so far, they are very uniform and correct in their makeup (we had a third one a bull calf, looks like the heifers).
I would have liked to see more eye pigment. I just have a feeling the heifers are going to be very nice. Time will tell. Thanks for the comments.
But TLMCR, M326 is the heaviest pigmented bull I have ever seen before.tlmcr":raty4pzc said:Knersie:

Well then, you have never seen him in real life. I saw him sell at the KCF bull sale back a few years ago for $12,200. I was going to try and buy him, because I didn't think that he would go for more than $5000 and there wasn't any interest in him till the very last minute.tlmcr":1etm2sf8 said:M326 does have heavy pigment, that is why I expected more in the calves. Both dams have very little eye pigment.
If M326 is the heaviest pigment bull you have seen your exposure is limited. I have 1 with far more pigment myself.

First cow is a frame 5
Second cow is a frame 5.5
That is about where I want to be with my mature cow size, they both have enough volume that they are still pretty heavy.
