Lump on Steers Back

I have a steer that I bought 2 months ago, he has a lump on his back and its getting bigger. He was 400 lbs when I bought him so he is about 7 or 8 months old. He is eating good, drinking and looks to be gaining just as much weight as all the others. When I first noticed the lump it was about as big as half and orange, now it is as big as 1/2 a football. I gave him a shot of LA-200 but nothing changed. He seems healthy other than the lump.

Any Ideas?

better ask a vet for this. is it hard or soft?
