You missed out on some good, large one-iron dispersals in SE SK last fall. Some very nice lots sold in Melita, MB.

You going to have a hard time finding the numbers you want in this spring, and if you do, you will most likely pay a premium. Your better off buying late fall when guys second-guess themselves and decide to disperse just before Christmas. :cowboy:
