Very beautiful home indeed Hills! We dont' see many homes like that here in Texas, because of the termite problems and they don't last as long in this climate.

Termites hmm one more reason to love Alberta we just have really big ants..BTW they wreak havoc too and that is why my french doors need to be replaced.
I have decided I am giving hubby the bird house as home anniversary gift ,it will be 6 years June 15th that we took possession of the place. He cannot get mad if it is a gift for him... ;-) :lol2:
