Fullbloods? Huge. 4,000 lb bulls were possible. I saw a black high percentage chi that weighed 3700. 78 inch hip. Cows easily went over a ton. Also figure that these things never had any fat on them.
If you are talking about a modern "chi" typically they have about as much Chianina in them as my foot. They wouldn't be too extreme.
