Heifer Can Barely Walk

Have a year old brangus that was walking slow, head down with a little runny nose so I thought pneumonia. Shot her up with LA 200, vitamins, b-12 and have her some asprin bolus. Penned her up for 2 days. No more runny nose, eating good so I let her out. She can barely get around. Walking slow with a limp in the front but hard to tell which leg. Apperently not pneumonia and I dont see any foot rot but she is black and I cant spot it that well. Anything else I should check before I blow some money at the vet? This was a week ago.

I'm with you on being conservative on spending money. It would be money well spent to take her to the vet and perhaps next time you'll have an eye for it. They can really go downhill in a week.

Get her back in a head gate and look her feet over good. Take her temp.
