Has anyone heard of "Macho" bermudagrass?

I was doing a search on jiggs and tifton85 grasses. I came across a story about a man in Poteet, Texas that has bred a cultivar he calls "Macho" bermuda. Has anyone heard of or seen this variety? The link below claims 15-16 inches of growth during during a 5 day period in the spring. I was also surprised to read it had 22% protein content.

Sounds like another World Feeder a real money maker for the guy saleing the scam.

Mr. David Davidson, Sr. was selling his "patented" form of bermuda last year - sprigs by the bushel.

One plants it as one would any hybrid bermuda.

Don't know if he's still selling it or not.

Yes you are right. That was a total crock and came with the bible verses and all. They were full of it.
