Good meat

The problem bull I ground back in Feb was 2yo. Grass only until the Hay and mineral during winter. No yellow fat. Is lean, so burgers are out but ground is perfect for everything else. Havent tried the filet yet but thinkin bacon wrapped is the way to go. We have them for holidays and such... mmm~ with sweet taters and balsamic brussels.
I have a date for 2 more in June. Sold one, and one to fill the freezer.
