We ended up getting 435 lbs of meat from the simbrah steer, we didn't get a live weight.
The marbling looks good, and the butcher said it was the best looking he's had so far, we will try some tomorrow.

Was that weight hanging or what you took home to the freezer? And what age?

Would you mind passing on where you had him butchered? I haven't been able to find a butcher that'll schedule me sooner than 4-5 month's out. Hopefully he's close enough to me to make an inquiry. - Thanks in advance.

Lyons must be growing. When I lived around there the only thing there was the sign to Snook and Birch Creek Park/Deanville the other way.

The packing plant been there since the 80's, they just reopened it.
It was closed for a long time.
