Haha.....I have thought the same thing before. We would all be burnt potato chips if it were not for the ole buffalo hunters. Notice the article said that wild harvest was no good. It would have to be cultivated. I guess wild harvesting would be too much like commercial fishing, which is about the only thing worse for the environment than beef & oil producers.
