Frothy mouth - heifer

Heifer 8 months old. Active, eating, no obvious distended bloat, but foamy at the mouth. Only one in the herd with the symptom and is now isolated. Any ideas?

Have you had a look? Pull tongue to side, bright light but be carefull if putting hand in as you do have rabies there.

Do you isolate her? Or did she go off by herself? I'd be real careful about checking inside her mouth, but around here, hedge apples can make them froth (and bloat). I'd take her temp and call your vet.
