First batch of the season

Just finished up a batch of homemade giardenera. Had to buy the peppers but I'll have a garden full later this year. Shoveled out a bunch on a roast beef sammich :nod: I used hot serrano peppers in this batch.....got a bit of fire....I like it that way :cowboy:

2.65 lb for serano peppers. I like to grow my own.....much better taste.
