Farm raised beef contract

A few years back a couple of folks posted a copy of the contract they use when they sold a whole, half or half/half of beef. Grass fed, grain finished, natural, farm raised.. it really doesn't matter I'll edit to fit my needs. I've tried searching manying times for the post, would anybody mind posting a copy of the contract they use? I have folks asking to buy but they are not immediate family so I want a contract. My needs are I want a down payment, they can only buy by the whole, half or half/half and since they cattle are not processed at a USDA facility they have to buy their beef as a live animal (they buying a half/half of a living steer not the actual cut and wrapped meat).

Any help or links would be appreciated.

whether by the whole , half or quarter have them pay you & then deliver to butcher shop of their choice. if four buy a quarter each make sure all pay you before delivering to butcher
