Did you get your question answered? I am saddle-breaking my donk at the moment so I might be able to help. I have trained him since he was very young and he already carries a pack saddle. He is a guard animal for weaned calves and horses.

I've got two donkeys, one is just plain nuts. Only animal I can put him in with is a horse. Only because the horse kicks back.

Yes, I had several folks PM me and offer some suggestions.
I always appreciate everyone lending a hand on this forum.
I had been told by an old cattleman that I could worm donkeys using Red Man Chewing Tobacco and I was wanting
to make certain I did nothing to harm my animals.
Thanks again for those who pm'd responses.
(for the record - I ended up purchasing a equine wormer that I can add to their food. I guess I'll use the Red Man - sure hate to take up another vice !)
