Deer Salad

I made some deer salad which is basically the same way tuna salad and chicken salad is made .. boiled a hind quarter till it was falling off bone... took a good handful chunk into food processor diced it up fine and made deer salad . Anyone else ever ate that ? its good imo

Done ham, chicken, turkey, tuna but never deer. May have to give it a try.
