Carried the two oldest grandsons (6&4) to Lowe's last week . We mashed all the buttons on the Halloween inflatables and then went to the Christmas ones and played all of them . They may have to put new batteries in some of them !

As old as I am, I still can't pass by the sporting goods section and not pick up a fielder's glove or hold a baseball and bat for a couple of minutes. The smell of that glove leather hasn't changed..

The worst I ever saw was back in the early 60s on a road trip over into Louisiana.
A little hole in the wall gas station (my mother HAD to go) (and yes there were holes in the walls) and both restrooms (if you could call 'em that) were gawd awful nasty. Been so long since flush they had maggots in the toilets...
