The cartoon and your comment reminded me of some Navy/Marine Corps shenanigan's in West Pac and the 7th Fleet in the early-late 70s and the the Cubi Point Cat, tho I really doubt anyone here will know what it was.

Have a friend, Jane, who wanted to do seasonal work. She got a job wrapping packages at the local store. Her nametag came in the mail yesterday and it says "Lil Jane".

Nope. I was able to watch it once, and only because I was snuck into the 'O' club where it was located by an officer friend of mine.
The majority of those I saw try it that night did get wet.
They didn't care, drunk as loons they were.
