In my area if someone says grinder-mixer, it's for grain.
If they mean TMR mixer, it's called a TMR mixer or mixer wagon.

Same here. The vertical mixer he posted the pic of is most often referred to simply as a vertical mixer in this area, BUT it also will also grind, chop, cut or whatever you want to call it hay. That is the biggest and best selling point for them.
