I just got some land near Farmington and was wondering what cattle would he good to raise for meat. Good meat is my main preference, bc I was thinking I could just get a goat for milk. I don't mind spending a little bit more initially for some good calves and heifers, but it'd be nice to have some cattle that are feed efficient and can live off mainly grazing. I heard angus/Hertford cross would be good.
