Help, we have a pond fed stock tank that, in the past, we have been able to use a manual hand held pump to unclog the pipe in the pond that feeds the stock tank, but that has ceased to work. Any other ideas? If we can not get it unclogged, we may have to go with "gravity feeding" but we have no experience or knowledge on that. Any offer of information would be appreciated.

Have you tried blowing the obstruction out of the line with air pressure.

Which end are you trying to clear it from. Pumping or blowing from the tank to the pond is the best bet

Thanks for suggestions. Will try air pressure. Tried snaking it already but could not get snake very far. Also have been pumping from pond to tank, so we will try the other direction, great idea! Thanks again.

Do you have some kind of guard or screen over the intake end? I used a pice of the pierced leach line pipe for a riser with the end above the surface. Haven;t had any problems. Another pond didn;t have a screen and the turtles would get stuck in the pipe, also fish.
