calves hoof

My calf's hoof is coming off. I believe it got tangled up in a fence. Should i give it some penicillin or LA 200. There is some swelling but it is somewhat healing itself? I am a newbie so all input is valuable.

whole hoof or just part of it, if it is just part it should heal on it's own. pen or la should keep any infection down

Did it have a Tetanus shot? If you are not sure about the condition of the hoof, I would have the vet out to evaluate, as AllForage stated.......
