When I was a kid in Louisiana, my uncle had a Brahman bull named Clyde. We called him "Bully Clyde".
Later, he bought a Hereford bull and we called it "Beefy bull".
That was a lot longer ago than I care to say.

when I was little we had Honkey and Squeeley (angus and guess who named em... now we have bojangles, reb, colonel (or kernel maybe, never thought of which it was) and clyde but i call most of em old man, even bull calves are old man when I workin through em. Had a cow named bessie that i raised up from a bottle when I was 5...she lived and calved every year til she was 22. I thought I was original with ole Bessie :dunce:

We've had a Brutus, Red Maxx, and now have a Superman. Had a Simm-Angus a grandson learning to talk named Ull. We always called him Ull the Bull. My brother initializes his - most are called SOB, POS, AHole, etc.
