Bad drivers

just reading another thread and this came to mind -
what are some stories about a bad driver (friend or family member) ?

friend of mine just doesn't pay attention to what is going on around her -
worst story - she was driving - I was navigating
I told her that we needed to turn left at the next driveway so she started to turn... did I mention that we were about 30 feet above a creek on a two lane bridge and apparently she was going to drive through the railings!
after we were in the oncoming traffic lane she had to then drive over construction cones to get back on the correct side of the road

My mother never had a driver's license, so we decided to teach her how to drive so that if something ever happened with Dad, she could get to help. I hadn't seen my mom drive since I was a little kid when she took my dad to the ER one day. Anyway, Dad had her out driving to my sister's house and she was pulled over. Actually, she ran the State Trooper off the road beforehand. Then she got miffed at the trooper for having the gall to pull her over! She was refused to answer questions, and finally, my dad explained the situation. He had to drive from there on out. Mom still doesn't drive. :roll:
