Any hope for this one?

I would feed him out for the next 3 months and see what he looks like then. What does his background look like?

He is a registered Red Angus (I know that the paper doesn't mean much). I bought him as the calf in a 3Y.O. Cow Calf pair in a herd dispersal. The cow was bred back.
His sire was via A.I. I will get pictures of the mom and the A.I. sire information this evening and post them tomorrow.
His mother is (IMHO) much stouter and well formed than he is.
