This boy is young and already developing a nice rack for his age.
He spends a lot of time at the protein feeder.

About 600 dollars a year probably spend another 200 in food plots.
That is feeding protein in this pine desert. It isn't like throwing corn for hogs and crows .
The food plot is just coming up in the picture.

Yup, its that time of the year. This is the time of the year I get hit the hardest on protein followed by post rut. Consumption about doubles when those does get heavy bred.

Its also time to watch those cameras and see what the bucks are going to do this year. Some have some decent horns already. We have several mature bucks we let slide last year. They are shoot on site this year.
